Susanne Braun has an academic degree in food technology (MSc) and a second academic education in economy and European politics (MBA). She has several years of practical experience in different high level positions in the international food industry (inside and outside Europe). Her work included management and consulting activities within companies in different countries. Susanne Braun is an expert in technology transfer and innovation in the food sector and has a vast experience in managing European research projects. She is active in many European and international initiatives and networks. Susanne Braun is Managing Director of the Life Science Center at the University of Hohenheim.
