He has a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Bologna and a PhD in Economy of Agro-food Systems of Mediterranean's basin, from the University of Parma. He is researcher at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Bologna . He has 10 years of experience in management and development in cooperative enterprises. He is specialized in agricultural policy and economic systems; rural development policy; sustainability, food waste valorization.
