: Hilke is Scientific Coordinator for FUSIONS and WP-leader for WP2 (Multi-stakeholder Platform) and WP6 (Management). As Researcher and Project leader Sustainability, Hilke has over 10 years’ experience in sustainable innovation projects, targeting resource efficiency, entrepreneurship, CSR, food waste prevention, environmental policy and packaging. Other food waste related projects she was involved in previously include GreenCook, FOODBattle, and Integrated Valorisation of Biomass Resources.
