Wageningen University and Research Centre (Wageningen UR, www.wur.nl) is a leading international education and research organisation that contributes importantly to the quality of life in the fields of food and health, sustainable agrosystems, and social changes, aiming at Science for Impact. Within Wageningen UR, the “Stichting Dienst Landbouwkundig Onderzoek” and its participating research institutes Food & Biobased Research (FBR, Agrotechnology & Food Sciences Group) and Landbouw Economisch Instituut (LEI, Social Sciences Group) provide applied research activities.
