"Food is precious" and "72 hours without compromise" ( Austria)

The event "72 hours without compromise" took place on 17 to 20 October in Tyrol. Some 20 young Schwaz locals worked throughout the 72 hours of the project on a cookbook, dealing on the one hand useful tips on avoiding food waste but also publicizing the existing "weekly recipes" of the "Barbara-Laden".
